What we collect

Sellers: your name or yard name, email, password (stored only as a hash), phone and WhatsApp numbers, location, and the horses, photos and videos you list. Buyers: the name, phone, email and message you choose to send a seller through an enquiry form.

Why

To run the site: show your listings, let buyers contact you, let you log in, and send you emails about your account and enquiries. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Your name, location, phone and WhatsApp numbers appear publicly on your listings so buyers can reach you. Enquiries are shown only to the seller they were sent to and to the site owner. The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage) and, where enabled, Resend (email delivery).

Cookies

One cookie keeps you logged in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting

Listings stay until you delete them. You can delete any horse, enquiry or your contact details from your dashboard at any time. To close your account entirely, contact the site owner and we will remove it.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Email us and we will act within a month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
